A great "review" of ASL

Cleitus the Black, a.k.a. Andrew Carlstrom has posted a fantastic overview of why ASL just plain rocks:

This is the kind of "review" that I like -- in fact, I wish I wrote something like this because it's a virtual echo of my thoughts on the game.

Gah! Curse you scrub, curse you and your blog! Despite saying on RD/KA! and in my BGG comments about ASL that I don't think I'll ever play ASL again, every time I read your blog I find myself harking back to the 'good old days'! I might even have to remove ASLSK#1 and ASLSK#3 from my BGG 'For trade' list. Gah! ;)

I have read nothing but sob stories from people who sold their ASL stuff only to reacquire it years down the line. Don't be a statistic! ;)

That was a tremendous review/overview of the game. His line that there must be something to the Monster considering that the years should have crushed it. Yet it still lives and appears to be growing.

Absolutely, there must be some merit to a game that has lasted this long.

In a word: comprehensiveness! :)
I could say more, but I'm going to leave it at that just now. ;)
